Myrtle "Millie" Osmond, age 95, of Canby, Minnesota, passed away Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at the Sylvan Court Nursing Home in Canby. A funeral service was held Friday, Nov. 14, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Canby, with Rev. Levi Bollerud officiating and burial in the Canby City Cemetery.

Betty R. VanMoorlehem, age 95, of Brainerd, Minnesota, formerly of Canby, Minnesota, died peacefully on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Canby, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the St.
Cheryl Rae Norquist, 61, of Canby, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at the Sylvan Court Nursing Home in Canby after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Canby with Rev. Levi Bollerud officiating. Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 14, from 5-7 p.m.
Lois Schmitz died November 4, 2025, at the age of 90. She was born Aug. 7, 1935, to Henry and Genevieve (Hoscheit) Meyer. She attended Catholic Central Grade School and Loretto High School, graduating in 1953. On Aug. 30, 1955, Lois married Miles Schmitz, they were blessed with 12 children.
